Is there a request limit?
Once subscribed, add as many design requests to your queue as you'd like, and they will be delivered one by one.
How does pausing work?
Pausing your subscription is easy and flexible. Billing cycles are based on a 31-day period. If you pause after using the service for a certain period, you'll have the remaining days of service to be used in the future.
Who are the designers?
At Archie Max, you'll work directly with Fouad, the founder, and UI/UX expert. Fouad manages over 90% of the design tasks and is supported by a select group of senior product designers when needed.
How do I request designs?
We offer flexibility in how you request designs via Trello. Clients commonly request designs directly through Trello, share Google docs or wireframes, or even record brief Loom videos (for those who prefer it). If it can be shared on Trello, it works.
What if I dislike the design?
No worries! We'll continue revising until you're 100% satisfied.
Do you offer refunds?
We do not offer refunds due to the personalized and time-intensive nature of our design services, ensuring exceptional quality and value in every project.
