Common Questions
Why wouldn't I just hire a full-time designer for my company?
Great question! Hiring a full-time senior-level designer can cost over $75,000 annually, plus benefits—and that’s if you can find one available. Additionally, client demand often fluctuates, which means you might not always have enough work to keep them fully occupied, leaving you paying for time that isn’t utilized.
Is there a limit to how many requests I can have?
No, there’s no limit! Once subscribed, you can add as many design requests to your queue as you’d like, and they will be worked on and delivered one at a time.
How fast will I receive my designs?
Most requests are completed within two business days or less. However, more complex or detailed requests may take longer to ensure the highest quality.
What programs do you design in?
The majority of design material is created using Figma, since that’s a versatile and collaborative design tool. However, we also utilize the full Adobe Creative Suite as needed to meet the specific requirements of your project.
How do you handle larger requests?
Larger requests are broken down on Design Mind’s end. This applies to full-scale website or brand development designs, UI/UX work, etc. You should expect to receive a reasonable amount of work every 24-48 hours until the entire request is done.
How do I request designs?
Design Mind provides exceptional flexibility in how you can request designs using Trello. Clients commonly request designs directly through Trello, by sharing Google Docs or wireframes, or even by recording a brief Loom video for those who prefer not to write out their briefs. Essentially, if it can be linked or shared in Trello, it’s fair game.
Is there any design work you don't cover?
Absolutely. Design Mind does not cover the following design work: 3D modeling, animated graphics (GIFS, etc.), document design (medical forms, etc.), complex packaging, and extensive print design (magazines, books, etc.).
What payment options are available?
We offer two ways to pay for your plan: ACH and credit card.
